WHISPER NAMED BROADCAST BEST PLACES TO WORK 2020

Whisper has been named a Broadcast Best Places to Work 2020 - the fourth consecutive time it has been awarded the coveted accolade.

Dedicated to identifying and recognising the best employers in TV, the Broadcast scheme assesses companies on everything from leadership and planning to corporate culture, work environment, training and salaries.

Also, life coach access and earlier finishing times during the Summer (if you can drag yourself away from Rustie the office dog that is!). Having recently expanded its London office, it offers staff light, airy and clean workspaces, with separate areas for eating and working away from a desk.

Sunil Patel, Whisper CEO commented: “It’s great to retain the Broadcast Best Places to Work accolade, especially for the fourth year running. We work hard to represent society on every level and our diverse team both reflects the wider world and exceeds industry targets. It’s people that make Whisper what it is and who put our drive and ambition into creative action. We work to attract and retain the best personnel and will naturally seek to take care of them the best way we can.”

Whisper’s current staffing figures are 51% 20-34, 48% women, 15% BAME, 9% disabled and 9% LGBTQ+. It is also a Partner of Royal Holloway University and offers mentoring, training and employment opportunities to the University’s media arts students.
