WHISPER SHORTLISTED FOR ELEVEN BROADCAST SPORT AWARDS 2021

Whisper is very happy to have been short listed for eleven awards at this year’s Broadcast Sport Awards, which will take place on 3 November, 2021.

The nominations cover a range of categories, including, amongst others, Best Sports Production Company, three for Best Sports Entertainment Show and two for Best Original Content. The shortlists also sit across many of the top-level sports we work on for our Partners, including Formula One, The Paralympics, Rugby and NFL.

The eleven nominations are:

Best Lockdown Production: Formula One: The Russian Grand Prix (2020) for Channel 4

Sport Production of the Year: The Paralympics for Channel 4

Pundit of the Year: Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson (The Paralympics for Channel 4)

TV Presenter of the Year: Ade Adepitan (The Paralympics for Channel 4)

Sports Production Company of the Year: Whisper

Best Original Content by a Rights Holder: The Ultimate Test for The British and Irish Lions (Whisper Cymru)

Best Original Content by a Rights Holder: Whistle Watch for World Rugby

Best Sport Entertainment Programme: The NFL Show for BBC

Best Sport Entertainment Programme: NFL End Zone for Channel 5

Best Sport Entertainment Programme: Today in Tokyo for Channel 4

Sports Commercial of the Year: Women in Rugby for World Rugby
