The 2025 awards season has underlined Whisper’s reputation for delivering quality content at scale in partnership with some of the biggest and most iconic sporting events, organisations and talent.
Whisper has been shortlisted in a record eight categories at the Broadcast Sport Awards highlighting our depth across live sports production, branded content, social and digital content, events and entertainment as well as though provoking and engaging documentaries.
Among the standout nominations include Production Company of the Year and Sports Production of the Year (Quadrennial) for the Women’s Rugby World Cup production for BBC Sport.
Other highlights include our Formula 1 and Roland Garros productions for International Programme of the Year category, Built in Birmingham: Brady & the Blues for Sports Documentary of the Year (Series) and Roland Garros Men’s Final for TV Sports Moment of the Year.
In addition, Whisper’s increasingly strong and world-renowned documentary storytelling reached new heights of industry acclaim with SVEN – a powerful and intimate portrayal of former England football manager Sven-Göran Eriksson – being nominated for two prestigious awards- an International Emmy and a Grierson Award.
