We are looking for a dynamic Content Lead Producer to head up the Editorial Team on an exciting, brand new, international football channel.
This role is to oversee editorial across the delivery of both live and non-live programming for a new digital channel.
This post would suit a creative Executive or Series Producer, with proven experience of running a large Production team to deliver both live and non-live content on a daily basis, who can match that with a real passion for and knowledge of international football, especially the SPL.
Experience working on daily live and as-live, quick turnaround studio-based series essential.
The role is based in Kew and may involve travel to Cardiff and the Middle East for periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the production of a daily live football magazine programme

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as an Executive Producer or Series Producer is essential
- Demonstrated ability and experience of producing live studio-based programming, ideally quick turnaround daily programmes
- Extensive sports knowledge, especially International football, ideally including the SPL.
- Ability to lead, work within and get the best out of production teams, including developing on and off screen talent
- Experience with complex workloads, consistently prioritising and delivering to deadlines, reacting positively to changes and conflicts.
- A working knowledge of project planning tools such as Asana, Slack equivalent
- A demonstrable level of creativity with the ability to bring a fresh new approach to creating engaging and evolving output
- Clear understanding of the logistical requirements of live TV and the ability to deliver a range of content

As a central point of contact for the team you must be experienced in coordinating complex logistics, booking travel & crew as well as being able to work on your own initiative whilst being confident about when to refer up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to the Production Management team by assisting with the organisation of logistics for remote productions, both globally and within the UK setup.
- Assisting with the communication of key production information to Producers and wider teams.

PRODUCER DIRECTOR –

We are looking for a Producer / Director to join our Whisper documentary team on Season 2 of an upcoming sports series for a major SVOD set in Saudi Arabia.

Working directly with the development team, and production team, this role will be integral to the delivery of Whisper’s growing documentary slate.
You will have extensive experience of producing / directing documentaries with strong story telling skills.
